Respectfully, this was reported as a Linux issue, not with the Windows binaries.
I don't have this problem on any other software that I use. I wouldn't be
surprised if it was related to the toolbar flashing like crazy when I move the
mouse over it; but again, that's not an issue which can be verified on a Windows
binary either.
