OS: Changed the summary back, since this does not apply to all kinds of sorting.
You are right, the Wikipedia page has the right order. That's the order I meant
with my original message!
The right order is with diacritics as separate letters. Discoleo's suggestion
could be an extra feature, not the normal sorting order.
