This is one of the guides that need much more detailed information. Some
illustrations would be fine, even a video tutorial would be welcome. AFAIR,
there are (have been) some problems with skipping one record whenever the next
page is started. So we would need a database with numbered records so that we
can see if one record is missing or doubled when the next page appears.
All of this is on my list for years :-( but never enough time to care for ...
