2008 -------
The SID_INSERTPAGE_LAYOUT_MENU slot was mapped to the InsertPage command in
sd/sdi/TaskPaneViewShell.sdi. As a result the SID_INSERTPAGE was executed
(which is also mapped to the InsertPage command.)
Changed this and made the popup menu use the correct help id.

sd/sdi/TaskPaneViewShell.sdi
