Fixed as cws/sb102/desktop/source/app/[EMAIL PROTECTED] by removing the
assertion check completely---it was unnecessary, anyway, as
tags/DEV300_m36/sal/inc/rtl/[EMAIL PROTECTED] guarantees that
rtl_getAppCommandArg "@return osl_Process_E_None or does not return."
