Now I changed the bootstrap.ini and it works fine: UserInstallation=file:///S:/OOffice/Users/$USERNAME I used "http://de.openoffice.org/doc/setupguide/2.0/netzwerkinstallation_windows.p df" as a help for my installation (a german network installation guide). There only is described that you can change the user folder, but nowhere is said that you must specify "file:///" if you change the name.
