2008 -------
Using the build from [CWS:frmdlg ] and SRB.

The function DATE does not check for parameters within the stated ranges.

for example
DATE( 8,13,100) returns 0009-04-10 

Now this might be considered a real feature.

NOTE that using the same build and the same formula under Calc yields a
different date.
DATE( 8,13,100) returns 2009-04-10
