OK, troubleshooting I have done:
remove OOo1.9.m87; deleted all registry entries relating to OOo; deleted all
registry entries relating to soffice.exe; deleted all folders called OOo; reboot
PC; reinstall OOo 1.9.m87.
If I try to start OOo Base from the programs list, nothing happens. If I double
click an existing OOo Base database, it starts fine. If I am in OOo writer and
choose file - new - database, OOo Base starts with the wizard without problems.
All other components start fine from the program files list.
Very confusing!
