------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Dec 6 18:36:34 +0000 2008 ------- I am working on using conditional text in a project, and was not having much success. I even tried the example from the manual, and it did not work. I put in a show variable field to diagnose, and it shows nothing in the variable, so it appears that the software cannot store or retrieve the value of a variable. The document with field names displayed looks like: Set variable ProLite = Pro Conditional text Prolite EQ "Lite" Great Product Lite : Great Product Pro Show variable ProLite The document with field values displayed looks like: Great Product Lite The three lines have a gray background in both views. In the field value display mode, the first and third lines look like they have a gray background for one blank space. Please let me know if you need more diagnostic information.
