2008 -------
Moving pyhton23.dll from basis layer to brand layer now causes OpenOffice.org
3\program\python.exe to fail (if the current working directory does not happen
to be the brand layer program dir, the basis layer
program\python-core-2.3.4\bin\python.exe called by the brand layer python.exe no
longer finds a python32.dll in the PATH set up by the brand layer python.exe).
The python23.dll has to be duplicated, not moved.
