Currently this type of computation is rather useless for a lot of people outside Europe/America as often the weekend is different and so this calculation gives erroneous results without the user getting any indication as to what is wrong, as the description in the function manager makes no indication of the saturday+sunday limitation and a user can easily believe that the weekend days are determined by the locale selected (as they should be).
