Here we have two different issue, so I will split up this issue. In this issue
we will focus on the "Objects displayed blank".
MRU->HBRINKM: please have a look whether this is a problem in the Writer filter
or a problem in the graphic filter (SJ) in importing the objects metafile. When
MathType is installed on the system, the objects can be correctly activated and
the view will be updated as expected.
