Selected full installation to remove previous version. 4. Files unpacked to desktop without obvious problems 5. Installation process began. 6. File verification took around 5 minutes, then stopped with message that Windows Explorer had to be closed because certain files needed to be modified. 7. Selected the Retry option with same result as step 6. 8. Used Task Manager to close Windows Explorer. 9. Retry took close to ten minutes, then stopped with message that a file with a three digit number as its name must be stopped because files needed to be modified. 10. Aborted installation 11.
