Commited my changes. The modified behavior is:
Unused master pages are not deleted when
a) they are loaded from a document or
b) they have been modified since creation.
Context menu of the "Used in This Presentation" task pane control has new entry
"Delete Master" (only displayed when master page is not in use by any slide.)
