2008 -------
So if we have a non-existing font like "tulip" used on fontconfig systems then
we get e.g. "DejaVu Sans" as the on-screen fallback but some sort of "Nimbus X"
font for printing. (We get the same as the screen for .pdf though)

What horrible things would go wrong if we registered the same fallback handler
in pspgraphics.cxx as we do in salgdi3.cxx ? i.e. like this patch
