Steps to reproduce:
1. Reply a note without any selection (the reply is inserted and contains some
descriptive text)
2. Undo the action

Expected Result: The reply note including the content is removed
Current Result: The contained text is removed, but not the note itself

Comments: First undo is described as "Field changed", the second undo as "Insert
note". It seems it is handled like two separate steps - for the user it is one.
