The attached drawing file shows errors in the Position and Size dialog box
activated by the context menu in a dimension line.

Please focus on the small dimension line between the two large upper boxes. The
site is aprox 0,4 mm as shown

The value of the  dimension line shown in the drawing is not the issue so far,
it is almost right.

Select the small dimension line and activate the context menu for Position and 
Size.

In the Position and Size dialog box, the value of the width displayed in the
SIZE area is wrong and does not allow user to set the width as 0,4cm. In my
installation it is above 2,3 cm (23,00 mm)

This may be because the arrows are placed outside the width segment. The other
dimension lines displayed in the box are correct.
