Perhaps their example wasn't quite right because of the Czech to English translation, but I think this is something that should be fixed. For example, I tried to create an autocorrect entry that makes Cafe become Café, and another that makes cafe become café. Unfortunately, I can't do this without a fix of some kind. It seems no matter how I set it up, Cafe and cafe become Café, or Cafe and cafe become café. This is important because sometimes I write "I went to a café," and sometimes, I am write, "I went to Café Dumond."
