I tested this problem on several PCs and the problem occurs only with a higher
task bar than standard and with a second monitor. PCs with only one monitor
haven't the problem.
The second monitors are linked in "expanded" mode (German: "Windows-Desktop auf
diesem Monitor erweitern").
I assume OpenOffice.org doesn't recognize that the height of the Windows task
bar has changed when there is more than 1 monitor.
