This includes the arrow keys, backspace, home, end, page up, and page down. Delete works properly, as do all visible characters I've tested. This is a problem that has appeared in earlier versions, and was fixed by deleting the user profile. I tried that and it did not work. I also tried reassigning the arrow keys to a different function in Tools->Customize->Keyboard with no effect. Navigation right and left is possible using Alt+arrow, but this does not work with the up or down arrows.
