@cmc: Thanks! The idea with FT_LOAD_IGNORE_TRANSFORM is great, as we don't use
freetype's
FT_Set_Transform() call ourselves (yet).
Fixed in CWS vcl98.
TODO: check for more non-transformation side effects from cairo on our FT_Face
