I'm attaching an interim patch. The function HasStrongLTR is taken from
hennerdrewes' patch for Writer (issue 89825), with some modifications.
While the patch seems to change the font properly, it doesn't update the name of
the font in the font name control. So even though the font for the weak chars
has actually changed to the CTL font as it should, it you mark the weak chars,
the font box displays the name of the Western font, as it shouldn't. I'd
appreciate some help here to make the patch complete.
