"Insert -> Section...", select "Columns" tab in the pop up "Insert Section" Dialogbox. Type 10 in "Columns" textbox, left-click "Insert" button. 3. Put the cursor at the first column of the section, "Insert -> Table", insert a table with Cols 4, Rows 3. 4. Put the cursor at the first cell of the table, "Insert -> Table", insert a table with Cols 5, Rows 4.
