You are looking at the wrong toolbar. Open a draw document and insert a textbox
there. Change to edit mode (for example with F2). Now you see the toolbar, which
is associated to the textbox of the draw module. There you can enable subscript
and superscript. When you later on edit an OLE - draw object, the buttons will
be there.
