If haven't got a Laptop to test it with that resolution. In general there is no
such problem known.

It might be a refresh problem. Try scrolling the formula out of view and
scrolling back, so that it is redrawn. Or leave the edit mode and enter it 
again.

There might depend on the zoom level. Please try a slightly different zoom. Or
if you work in 125% generally, try the scaling settings in tools > Options >
OpenOffice.org > View.

The font comes with the download. You find it in the installed OOo in the folder
OpenOffice.org 3\Basis\share\fonts\truetype. But because the view is correct,
when you leave the edit mode, I guess the installed font is the correct on. But
please make it sure anyway. There had been some font problems in elder OOo
versions, see issue 87901.
