In a Spreadsheet with the spell check enabled, if you insert a correct word, you
can repeat the last insertion in another cell simply using Ctrl-Shift-Y (Menu
Edit->Repeat).

If the word isn't recognized by the spell checker, the repeat command doesn't 
work.

I think is better to permit the repeat command, even if it will insert some bad
things.
I found the problem on OOo 3.0 but I have the same on 3.0.1 RC1, and on some 2.x
version, so I think this is by design.
