The more i think about it the more i see the old change as an error. It is clear
that when contained geometry changes the scene is adapted to show the new,
corrected 2D projection size. This is not needed for changing the perspective.
What should happen when changing the perspective? The 2D Object Scene defines
the rectangle to which the 3D content is projected. The definition is that all
3D content in the 2D scene is projected using the current projection settings to
fully use the 2D rectangle space available. This should happen for parallell and
perspective projection.
That definition shows that the 2D scene's rectangle should not change at all
when changing perspective. After primitive changes, we have better contzrol
about what happens when doing such changes. Before we simply had no control what
internally was done when changing that setting, more precise: model change lead
to internally adapt other things, like the scene's 2D size. This change was
independent from the View changing the model data because of an Interaction or
e.g. model change due to loadung a Model from a XML file.

I will once more think about it, but i think the reason i find no error here is
that the new behaviour is no error at all.
