Some of the frames are anchored "to page" and some "to paragraph". In this
configuration the correct order of the frames cannot be determined. I have
attached a corrected version of the document.
MRU->OD: do you think, that somehow it might be possible to get the correct
order of such frames so that headings inside them will be numbered as expected?
