AW: Indeed, in ScenePrimitive2D::createLocalDecomposition() a reduction factor
(fReduceFactor) is calculated and used to limit the ressource usage of the
internal 3D renderer, but not used when creating the resulting
BitmapPrimitive2D. Canged and testing....
