No, we (I work on the openSUSE version of OOo) apply over 800 patches on top of the default build, so some things are bound to be different. BTW I'm not blaming you for filing it here, so you don't need to be defensive. It's just that it makes our work easier if you file it with the distributor than the upstream project. The distributor can then sort it out and see if the issue is downstream specific or upstream relevant. Also, this is not an issue since the separators are supposed to be a ',' in the English locale. Again, please see Issue 92056 for details.
