I can confirm that using a (plain, Sun Hamburg built) unxlngi6.pro DEV300m38 OOo
and replacing both the libgcc_s.so.1 and libstdc++.so.6 included in the OOo
installation set with the versions taken from a build of the gcc-4.4-20090102
snapshot, soffice.bin crashes upon startup.
