I suppose this question is slightly outside the scope of the bug/issue, but I was wondering. Sometimes it seems the light bulb keeps appearing, even if I have 'been here before', and sometimes the light bulb only shows once. One Time. Other apps have a checkbox [] Do not show this help again. Does that make sense? Since you said 'it' is still set to NEW, but didn't show the light bulb...
