Yes, I can also see Word2007 having problem with the exported stuff from OOo.
But I do not think, that it is fully OOo's fault. The document can be opened
without problems by Word2003 - though it shows some minor formatting issue in
the TOC, which I believe to be the problem displaying this in Word2007. The TOC
formatting problem is already tracked in issue 24003.
