ab->maddox2: Thanks for the detailed description, now I could reproduce it.
There's also good news for you: You don't need to use OOo 2.4 to workaround
this. From the active document just use Tools / Customize / Tabpage Events
to open the Customize dialog instead of <alt>+<F11> + assign. This is only
another way to reach the same dialog, but without this problem.
-> STARTED, 3.x, as an easy workaround exists
