That the footers are not available cannot be reproduced here. But: the page
numbers in the footers are incorrect.
MRU->HBRINKM: see attached document. The page numbers should be restarted at the
beginning of the TOC section and right after that section. Also the page numbers
in the TOC section should have "i, ii, iii..." format.
This works fine when imported from .doc format, only docx import is affected.
