I cannot confirm it for OOo3.0.0 and not for OOoDEVm37. If I insert the attached
picture in a Writer document, I get a correct ratio. I have tried it in print
layout and in web layout and with normal and large zoom. I tried inserting via
insert > picture and I tried it with clipboard from Paint Shop Pro. It works in
all cases.
OOo300m3 is an old developer version, please try the newest OOo version.
