------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sun Jan 11 20:43:01 +0000 2009 ------- Whenever cells are highlighted and you try to highlight others beyond the edge. If you go to the left there isn’t much problem since you are usually near the front of the spreadsheet anyway. When you pull back from going left the spreadsheet highlighting-scrolling effect reverses direction, but goes too fast to stop it in time, so you have to try to reverse direction again. The problem is that when it is going right and has picked up enough speed it won’t stop. The program then hangs until it does, which usually happens at AutoRecovery. Since AutoRecovery takes precedence over anything else, this breaks the runaway scrolling. I realize some people like the scrolling to go fast, but it would be nice if you could stop it by hitting the Escape key. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
