grabbing. fixed in cloph12 by restructuring the makefile targets/cleaning up
readlicense_oo
Additional changes:
* removed duplication of license sources (were available twice for unx and wnt)
* removed the conv.pl that was used to convert lineends and bypassed the
makefile (replaced by one-liner in makefile)
* removed obsolete cinema-image (which still showed the crossed-out 1.1 version
number)
now running "build" again after the module has already been made will not redo
everything
building for multiple languages will only run sed once on the xsl instead of
running it for every locale, MKDIRHIER only called once as well
unnecessary step of building the readmes and then copy the readmes to the
destination has been removed (now files are created in the target location
directly)
