------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon Jan 12 07:41:27 +0000 2009 ------- The bug was reported for a special proprietary webdav client and it was tested as such. But we did tests with direct webdav access also as well as with mounted folders. If a problem arises or not very much depends on the configuration of the webdav server and it doesn't matter how the storage is accessed. The main problem is that some servers don't accept "." at the beginning or "~" inside file names. Both are parts of the lock files we try to create. In this case a lock file can't be created and OOo 3.0 does not grant write access (no matter how you access the storage: with a proprietary client, a windows mount or with http). This issue should be resolved with the fix for issue 95809 that does not require the creation of a lock file to allow for write access. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
