@mknewman: The data you provide is unfortunately useless to me to track down
the problem. If you are using an OOo from the official download site, it should
have a crash reporter included and enabled that can automatically sent the
necessary data to a central database. Please use that mechanism instead. If,
however, you built OOo yourself, you would need to debug it to find out more.
In the latter case, feel free to ask here for further guidance how to go about
the debugging.
