First I would like to thank you for your work you have already done on this
issue. I have to ask you for a little bit more.
I can not accept the patch in its current form for these reasons:
- Most importantly I am not quite sure what the exact problem is and how you try
to fix it. Please provide a description of the problem (and how to reproduce
it) and of your proposed fix.
- The patch seems to have been made for an older version of the file. Can you
reapply it for a current version. DEV300 m38 is the current development master
at the moment.
- Please provide documentation in the code of what is done there.
- Please do not add comments that do not describe the code. We can see the
places of code changes and the author of those changes from the SVN logs. Also,
please remove code instead of commenting it out. The makes the remaining/new
code better readable.
I am looking forward to review your improved patch.
