Fill the first line as Green, the second line as Red, the third line as Blue, to see the bug clearly, just suggestion 3 Click b2 and click 'Split cells' on the Table Toolbar, Split Cells dialog opens defaultly, OK. Split cells works well 4 Set cursor on b4 in the table and click 'Split cells' on the Table Toolbar, Split Cells dialog opens, set 'Split cell into:4', OK.
