AW: Discussed with PL and RT. Problem is that the exit() handler unloads dlls
with no specific order, so vcl may be gone when sd is unloaded. In that case,
the call to vcl's bitmap destructor will crash.
This is not really solvable and using a pointer is a leak, but it's at exit time
and thus acceptable.
The done change is good in that circumstances, keeping. Closing this task.
