The fontwork object is in background. The graphic is in the foreground. That is
the reason, why the fontwork object can not be arranged before the graphic.
Thus, bring fontwork object into the foreground (context menu of fontwork object
- Arrange - To Foreground). Then the fontwork object can be arrange before the
graphic.
Changing issue status to WORKSFORME.
