Can reproduce it with DEV300m37 on WinXP and Fedora

How to reproduce it
1 Open a new document, Writer, Calc etc.
2 View - Toolbar - Form Controls, 'Form Controls' dialog opens. Select any
control, like 'Check Box' from 'Form Controls' dialog and draw it in the file
3 Select 'Check Box' and right_click - Control to invoke Properties:Check Box,
switch to 'Events' Tab and click any button of this tab to invoke 'Assign
action' dialog, then click button 'Macor...' on the dialog
4 Hit 'Design Mode on/off' button on 'Form Controls' Toolbar more than thrice

Result
OOo crashes

Expectation
OOo works well

Regards
Li Meiying
