To see that problem, select a connector (with moved connector control points) and show the connector dialog using the context menu. In working versions, You can see the offset values there (or at least numbers which You can change), in the broken version that fields are empty. My guess is that the paste is only a follow-up to this somehow broken attributation of the object.
