The config is corrupted. Please delete (afetr exiting OOo) the folder
"c:\documents and settings\[user]\Application data\OpenOffice.org3" (Windows) or
"~/.openoffice.org3" (Unix).
This happened due to a bug in older OOO 2.x installations where a bug caused
problems writing a compatible config.
