To replicate: 1) create a new spreadsheet 2) enter a formula e.g. "=42+42" into a cell 3) hit cmd-tilde Instead of cycling windows, the cell with the formula switches between "84" and "=42+42". In my opinion this is not a sensible key binding on OSX.
