As mentioned in desc5, the new Discussion Services, the replacement for mailinsg
lists since CEE5.0, provides an option to the list owners/admins to filter out
mails based on content/headers.
Marking this as Resolved/Fixed per CollabNet's policy as this feature is
available in Discussion Services.
