This regression came in with your fix for #i93486, which was integrated
with CWS fwk94_DEV300 in DEV300 m36. The relevant code is in
SfxObjectShell::SwitchToShared() in sfx2/source/doc/objmisc.cxx.
When an untitled document is set to shared mode, aOrigURL is an
empty string and creating the control file throws an exception.
